When the matter was called for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

2.This Writ Petition was filed questioning the proceedings of the respondent dated 21.07.2012 through which the petitioner was transferred to Tirunelveli Division from Chennai by the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already retired from service by way of compulsory retirement consequent to the order in proceedings nr.K.vz;.m2/802/2013 dated 18.12.2014 and a copy of the same is also placed before this Court.
