No.344 of 1999 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Coimbatore and to quash the same and to direct the first respondent - The Management of Tamil Nadu Government Transport Corporation, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore to reinstate the petitioner in service with backwages and continuity of service.
