W.P.No.9439 of 2009 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., Earlier this Court by an order dated 05.09.2019 dismissed the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a revision petition before the appropriate authority.

Since the original impugned order is filed in the writ petition, the petitioner is not in a position to file a revision. Hence, this matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned " at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner and he seeks for returning of the original impugned order.

2. Considering the above submission, the Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the petitioner.
