2.This Writ Petition was filed questioning the proceedings of the respondent dated 21.07.2012 through which the petitioner was transferred to Madurai S.E. office from Chennai by the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner has already retired from service on 31.10.2016 on attaining the age of superannuation.
