ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of proceedings in Letter dated 15.03.2004 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to close the loan account of the petitioner and discharge him from the loan and pass orders.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had remitted a sum of Rs.20,068/- towards the loan account.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents has agreed that in case any sum over and above Rs.20,068/- which has been remitted is found payable, the same shall be paid by the petitioner on intimation by the respondents.

4. Recording the above submissions this writ petition is disposed of and the respondents shall indicate to the petitioner amount if any payable over and above Rs.20,068/- to be paid, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner would remit the amount, if any, two weeks thereon. The respondents shall release the documents and close the loan account within a period of three weeks thereafter.

5. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
