The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ appeals with liberty to make a fresh application for modification of the order dated 20.8.2014 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:
"May be permitted to withdraw with a permission to file a fresh stay petition in the main writ petition."
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, these writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as afore-stated, if so advised. No costs.
