O R D E R

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the

respondents had complied with the orders of this Court dated 27.06.2017 passed in W.P.No.16015 of 2017 by disposing of the appeal on 15.02.2018.

2.The learned standing counsel also produced the copy of the order dated 15.02.2018. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 15.02.2018 passed by the respondents in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the order passed by this Court, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 15.02.2018 passed by the respondent in accordance with law.
