Vs K.MUTHUKRISHNAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for Twelve more weeks to comply with teh order dated 08.12.2017 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CMP.No.11858/2017 in SA.No.481/2017(in CMP.No.2177/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JAGANATHAN, Government Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed for extending the time to comply with the order dated 08/12/2017 by 12 more weeks.

The time is extended for a further period of six weeks, from today.
