Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon me that I should appear before the Trial Court once in a month in Crl.MP.No.18484 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.872 of 2019 in order dated 12.12.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.V.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.18484 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.872 of 2019 from January 2020 to March 2020 and thereafter due to lockdown, she was unable to comply with the condition and again from December 2020 to February 2021, she has been appearing before the Court. He would further submit that the petitioner is suffering from a chest pain and having diabetes mellitus, Hyper Tension, Hypotheyroidism and taking treatment for the past ten years accordingly seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.18484 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.872 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Court once in three months commencing from April 2021 on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. The other conditions shall stand unaltered.
