(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506(2) of IPC subsequently alter into 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506(2), 307 of IPC, in Crime No.2712 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Totally, there are five accused and the petitioner is arrayed as A4. The case of prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused went to the hotel run by the defacto complainant for dinner, wherein there was a wordy quarrel arose among them. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, all the accused persons said to have attacked him and also scolded him with filthy language. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he has attacked the defacto complainant with wooden log. Hence, a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner and now, apprehending arrest, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present petition has been filed seeking for anticipatory bail. Now, it is stated that A1 was arrested and released on bail.

3. I have heard and considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
