2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on the promise of securing job at Neyveli ( NLC) for the post of INDCOSERV ( Contract Worker), had received a sum of Rs.72,13,000/- from the defacto complainant and several others in several installments and thereafter neither secured job nor returned the money. Hence, the case.
3. It is the fourth bail petition filed by the petitioner. The earlier bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court stating that the cheated amount has not been recovered. However, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, out of 14 witnesses, LW1 to LW3 already been examined and the case is posted on 17.02.2026 for examination of LW4 to LW10.
5. Considering the fact that the trial is progressing and at this stage, if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is a likelihood that the trial would get stalled, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
