ORDER
The above Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the respondent letter 001/....dated 28.04.2006 and quash the same and direct the respondent to process the pension papers and disburse the arrears of pension entitled by the petitioner and quash the same. 2.By order dated 22.11.2018, this Court has recorded that the entire arrears of the petitioner has been paid on various dates and the same has been adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner for getting necessary instructions. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has received the amount as recorded by this Court and therefore, there is no further orders required. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
