Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction of Interest to the petitioner for the belated payment of Enhanced Family Pension and Normal Family Pension to the tune of Rs.6 00 998/- commutation of Family Pension to the tune of Rs.70 025/- for the period from 24.09.1997 to 15.12.2011 and for the amount of DCRG to the tune of Rs.36 613/- for the period from 24.09.1997 to 17.02.2012 at the rate of 12% within the stipulated time.
