This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action of the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.12.2019 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.12.2019, preliminary enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 09.02.2020.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner not at all examined and he was not informed about the closure of the petitioner's complaint.

5. Recording the abovesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint by RPAD within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
