Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent made in O.Mu.No.6491/L1/2010 dated nil.08.2010, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to resort to direcct payment and extend to the petitioner all benefits both service and monetary from the date on which the same fell due with interest till the date of realization.
