ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.12.2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the complaint dated 20.12.2019, the second respondent conducted enquiry after issuing notice to the third respondent and the third respondent gave undertaking before the second respondent that he would not threaten the petitioner and also he sought for apology before Police Station. Thereafter, recording the undertaking given by the third respondent, the second respondent closed the complaint.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed.
