This petition has been filed to quash the impugned letter/summon bearing C.No.71/ACP/CCB/SLM ©/2018 dated 01.02.2018 and 19.02.2018 issued under Section 91 and 160 of Criminal Procedure Code by the respondent for an enquiry on 12.02.2018, on the basis of the complaint given by one Manokaran, in which enquiry has been conducted and the same was already closed as no case has been made out as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the petition has become infructuous.
