Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus,directing the respondents 2 to 4 to give the petitioner a retrospective promotion in the existing promotional post of B.T.Assistant with effect from 08-09-2005 and consequently to consider the petitioner's Seniority reckoning from 08.09.2005 in the promotion panel prepared as on 01.01.2009 for the post of Middle School Head Master/Mistress within the Nangavalli Union, Salem District, and accordingly give to the petitioner's promotion to the post of Middle School Head Mistress.
