This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 142 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

On being satisfied with the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay caused in filing the above Civil Revison Petition is condoned subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Thousand and Five Hundred Only) in favour of Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 22.07.2019 bkn Note: Registry is directed to number the above Civil Revision Petition if it is, otherwise, in order.
