2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the detention order was passed on 09.07.2019, the detenu was already released and the prayer has become infructuous and he has also submitted that the detenu was subsequently murdered by another gang on 04.08.2020.

3.In view of the above said submission, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
