This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to measure the property belongs to the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.I.Sathish, learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already, the petitioner's property has been surveyed and measured. The learned counsel has also produced the report submitted by the 1st respondent/Tahsildar, Paramathivelur Taluk, Namakkal District.
3. Recording the above submission as the property has been already measured, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
