PRAYER: Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal filed under Section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act r/w Section 100 of CPC, against the judgment and decree dated 17.06.2013 passed by the First Additional District Judge, Erode in C.M.A. No.6 of 2013 reversing the fair and final order passed in H.M.O.P. No.2 of 2011 by the Subordinate Judge, Perundurai dated 30.11.2012.
