The matter was not listed today. However, since the Police has secured the alleged detenue, the Registry was directed to put up a special list.

2. The mother of the alleged detenue has sought for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of her daughter, Bino Mary before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. According to the petitioner, her daughter was missing from 27.01.2014 and even after diligent search made by her in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

various places, she could not trace her daughter. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the respondent Police on 03.02.2015. Since no effective steps were taken by the respondent police to secure the detenue, she was constrained to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. Today, the 2nd respondent police has produced the alleged detenue, S.Bino Mary. When she was enquired she had stated before us that due to some misunderstanding with her parents, she had left the home on her own and she also denied the illegal detention. She has further stated that she is willing to go with her mother/petitioner.

5. Considering the said submission made by the detenue and that she is a major, she is permitted to go with her mother/petitioner as per her wish. Therefore, Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. Sd/- Deputy Registrar Dated:13.3.15 True Copy Sub Assistant Registrar To
