ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the fair and final order dated 19.12.2024 made in I.A.No.163 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet.
2. The respondent-husband had filed H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ottanchathiram for dissolution of marriage.
3. Since the maintenance amount had not been given to the petitioner-wife, she had filed I.A.No.163 of 2024 to strike off the respondent's side evidence or dismiss the petition due to nonpayment of the maintenance amount. The said I.A was dismissed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet, by order dated 19.12.2024.
4. It is informed that pursuant to the revision, the maintenance amount has been regularised. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner-wife that I.A.No.54 of 2023, which is an application filed by the wife for maintenance, is pending.
5. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. The learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet is directed to dispose of I.A.No.54 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
