ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.12362 of 2016, by order dated 01.04.2016, directed the respondent to expedite the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the necessary parties within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ period of eight weeks.
2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 01.04.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent and the respondent has passed an order on 24.11.2015 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 24.11.2015 issued by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
