An affidavit has been filed by the writ petitioner indicating the fact that during the pendency of the writ petition challenging his transfer order dated 13.12.2017 has been modified by the authority and he has already joined in the new place of posting i.e. Ranipet and under such circumstances, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, he does not want to proceed with the writ petition, accordingly filed an affidavit to withdraw the same and endorsement has also been made in this regard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed being withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed. No costs.
