Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the notification issued under Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 dated 22.03.2010, 05.04.2010 published on 07.05.2010 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as far as declaring the petitioner's lands to an extent of 2.07 acres comprised in Survey No. 300/1 of Pakkam-A village, Tiruvellore Taluk, Tiruvellore District as unclaimed (Anadeenam) and further direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner for the acquisition of the said lands according to law.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the notification issued under Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 dated 22.03.2010, 05.04.2010 published on 07.05.2010 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as far as declaring the petitioner's lands to an extent of 2.07 acres comprised in Survey No. 300/1 of Pakkam-A village, Tiruvellore Taluk, Tiruvellore District as unclaimed (Anadeenam) and further direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner for the acquisition of the said lands according to law.
2. When the matter was listed on 01.10.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 05.10.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 05.10.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
