ORDER

This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26774 of 2015 dated 01.8.2022 was not complied with.

2.After a series of orders were passed in this contempt petition, the encroachment made by the 3rd and 4th respondents have been removed. What remains is only a portion of the building belonging to the Government School. This School has been running from 1968 onwards. On instructions, it is submitted that even though the land is categorized as a Oodai, it has ceased to be a water body as on today.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the encroachments that were made by the private respondents has been removed. A Government School is functioning. This Court does not want to pass any orders in this contempt petition regarding the functioning of the Government School.
