Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M. till filling charge sheet in Crl.M.P.No.9995 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.15200 of 2021 vide order dated 30.09.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.DHASARATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.9995 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15200 of 2021, dated 30.09.2021 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 30.09.2021 made in Crl.MP.No.9995 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15200 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on 1st day of every month at 10.00 a.m. till filing final report.
