Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents more particularly the third respondent to delete the encumbrance, created by the third respondent The District Registrar South Chennai, (Administration) SIDCO Electronic Complex 2nd Floor, Thiru.Vi.Ka.Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-32 vide his proceedings in No.16305/E2/2018 dated 27.11.2018.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents more particularly the third respondent to delete the encumbrance, created by the third respondent The District Registrar, South Chennai, (Administration) SIDCO Electronic Complex, 2nd Floor, Thiru.Vi.Ka.Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-32 vide his proceedings in No.16305/E2/2018 dated 27.11.2018.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
