Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the order in Ref.No.LL1/43936/2011 dated 12.12.2011 of the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to give notional time scale to the petitioner as Forest Watcher with effect from 12.10.1990 and further promotion as Forest Guard with effect from 17.11.2000 on par with his junior with all consequential benefits.
