ORDER
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.No.29381 of 2023, a Writ Appeal has been preferred.
2.When the Hon'ble Division Bench has taken cognizance of the appeal and has proceeded with it, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallelly proceed with the Contempt Petition. However, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedies, after final orders are passed in the Writ Appeal, a balance can be struck. 3.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
