Respondents (in WP.NO.23075/10) PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent G.O.Ms.No.426, Revenue [LD2 (2)] department, dated 07.09.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to execute a lease deed in favour of the petitioner herein to get permission from the Central Zoo Authority of India for formation of Zoological park in the leased out lands by the 1st respondent vide G.O.Ms.No.285, Revenue Department dated 13.04.1998.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to approach the Government for appropriate relief, and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach the concerned authorities seeking for appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
