(In CMP.NO.17633/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PARANTHAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 522 days in re-presenting the Appeal C.M.A SR.50411 of 2018.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for in C.M.P No.17633 of 2021 on condition that the Appellant pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, High Court, Chennai on or before 17.11.2021, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
