The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2013 and further prays that till the disposal of the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation forbearing the 1st respondent from approving the resolutions passed in the extraordinary executive committee convened by the 4th respondent on 05.07.2013. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the term of the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent had expired.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
