This application has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the original Arbitral Award dated 24.08.2024 passed by the Sole Arbitrator. 2.According to the applicant, he has received only the photostat copy of the impugned Arbitral Award dated 24.08.2024 and the original of the same was never received by him.

3.Since sufficient reasons has been given for non filing of original impugned Arbitral Award, this application is allowed as prayed for, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent when they enter appearance in the main O.P.
