Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.12.2018 made in I.A.No.205 of 2018 in O.S.No.12 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order in I.A.No.205 of 2018 in O.S.No.12 of 2011, whereby the District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalunkundram had

dismissed the application filed by the plaintiff for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. Though the revision was filed challenging this order the counsel would submit that it would suffice it an early disposal of the suit is granted. 2.Considering the request and the fact that the suit is of the year 2011, this Court directs the District Munsif - Cum - Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalunkundram to dispose of the suit O.S.No.12 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
