Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble be pleased to:- a) That the petitioner viz., R.Ramasubramaniam may be appointed as the guardian of the person and properties (movable and immovable) of
minor S.Shri Shrutika; morefully described in the schedule hereunder. b) Permit the petitioner to sell the minor's share in the properties as specified in the schedule (immovable properties) hereunder in favour of third parties and execute the sale deed on behalf of the minor in favour of them.
c) Permit the petitioner to settle all the debts of her deceased father and mother out of the sale proceeds and deposit the balance amount in the name of the minor in any nationalised bank.
d) Permit the petitioner to receive the family pension and terminal benefits of the deceased father and mother on behalf of the minor and to deposit the same in the name of the minor in any nationalised bank. e) Permit the petitioner to receive the interest out of the deposits made in the name of the minor periodically.
This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.D.Senthil Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner herein and Mr. Arun C.Mohan, Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 herein and upon reading the petition and the memo dated 22.06.2021 filed herein and the learned counsel for the petitioner having submitted that a memo dated 22.06.2021, for withdrawing this original Petition. It is ordered as follows:-
That the O.P.No.304 of 2021 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
2. That there shall be no costs.

Original Petition filed under Section 3,7 to 10 and 29 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1890 and Order XXI Rules (2) & (3) of O.S.Rules r/w.Clause 17 of letters patent, praying this Court that the petitioner viz., R.Ramasubramaniam may be appointed as the guardian of the person and properties (movable and immovable) of minor S.Shri Shrutika; morefully described in the schedule hereunder and permit the petitioner to sell the minor's share in the properties as specified in the schedule (immovable properties) hereunder in favour of third parties and execute the sale deed on behalf of the minor in favour of them and permit the petitioner to settle all the debts of her deceased father and mother out of the sale proceeds and deposit the balance amount in the name of the minor in any nationalised bank and permit the petitioner to receive the family pension and terminal
