Prayer in W.P.No.20171 of 2012: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri, dated 15.04.2009 in D.O.No.264/2009 C.No.A2/17/293/2009 and the consequential proceedings of Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri, dated 09.12.2011 in Appeal No.A2/372/15349/2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Grade I-PC with effect from 25.10.2003 and to promote the petitioner as Head Constable with effect from 01.12.2008. Prayer in W.P.No.20172 of 2012: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari calling for records of the 1st respondent leading to pass the impugned order dated 13.02.2011 in Rc.No.196117/AP2(2)/2010 and quash the same.
