O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to forbear the respondents from retiring the petitioner from service as Noon Meal Helper, Noon Meal Centre, Government High School, Periyavadagampatty, Omalur Taluk, Salem District on 30.6.2015 contrary to the entries made in her service register.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present as well as learned counsel for Respondent 1 is also present.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that since the petitioner has already been retired from service, the cause does not survive any more in the present writ petition and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
