ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.01.2022 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1) (aaa), 4 (1-A) of T.N.P. Act and Section 6 and 11 R.S. Rules 2000, in Cr.No.52 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 105 liters of I.D. Arrack on 20.01.2022. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 20.01.2022. Hence, he prays for bail to the petitioner.

4. Ms.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having the following 30 previous cases.

And hence in such situation, if this type of petitioner is released on bail, they may try to tamper the witness and hamper the investigation.

5. The submissions made by the learned counsel on either side are considered.

6. Though the petitioner has been arrested for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4 (1-A) of T.N.P. Act and Sections 6 and 11 R.S. Rules 2000, being the reason that she is a habitual offender and committed similar type of offences since the year 2011, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
