When the matter was called on earlier two occasions viz., 06.06.2022 & 28.06.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "For Dismissal" on 30.06.2022.

2. Today (04.07.2022), this case is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. But the respective learned counsels for the respondents were present before this Court. With an intention of giving one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was passed over and called again. Even when the matter was called again, there is no representation for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
