O R D E R

This Criminal Revision case has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 17.02.2011 passed by the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai in M.P.No.716 of 2009 in M.C.No.265 of 2002.

2. It seems that the petitioner herein / husband has not been complying with the conditional order dated 17.02.2011 passed in M.P.No.716 of 2009 in M.C.No.265 of 2002 by the Trial Court. The Trial Court, by its order, enhanced the interim maintenance to the respondent herein /wife from Rs.850/- RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., klt to Rs.3,000/-. Challenging the above said order, the petitioner herein / husband has filed the present Criminal Revision Case.

3. Earlier, this Court, by an order dated 23.01.2018, directed the petitioner herein / husband to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of M.C.No.265 of 2002 pending on the file of the IIAdditional Family Court, Chennai, on or before 02.04.2018. But, the petitioner herein / husband has not been complied with the said order. It is also seen that a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- as an arrears of maintenance has also not been deposited by the petitioner herein /husband.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner herein / husband. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
