ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the application O.A.No.8/12 (old O.A.No.48/84) forthwith.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent has produced a copy of the order dated 01.02.2014 which discloses that O.A.No.8 of 2012 has been dismissed. Since O.A.No.8 of 2012 has already been disposed off, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent as well as after perusing the final order dated 01.02.2014 passed in O.A.No.8 of 2012, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
