(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 17.02.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In paragraph 2 of the order, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Rs.1,31,000/-" instead of "Rs.1,31,00,000/-".

3. Considering the above submission, the amount mentioned in paragraph No.2 is ordered to be corrected as "Rs.1,31,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty One Lakhs only)" instead of "Rs.1,31,000/-".

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate the above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.2919 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioners.

6. Time is extended for a further period of two weeks for executing the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order. 02.03.2021 mrp Note :Issue order copy today 2/3
