2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s.Anand and Suryas, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 4.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 4 has got no objection for condoning the delay.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 26 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.14353 of 2020 is condoned.
5. The Registry is directed to print the name of M/s.Anand and Suryas, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 4 in the cause list, when the matter is listed for admission.
