Respondents PRAYER: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 18.09.2014 bearing R.C.No.7949/B2/2014 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner in his service.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 18.09.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent placing the petitioner under suspension. 2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the suspension order had already been revoked and the petitioner was also reinstated on 17.07.2015. In view of the same, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
