Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence in SC.No.189/2017 dated 10.03.2020 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur and release the appellant on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.438/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JAIKUMAR FOR M/S.S.K.THIRUMALAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, GOVT.ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits since there are twenty seven previous cases pending against the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition. 2.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
