O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is that encroachments have been made by respondent Nos.4 to 10 in S.No.577, Cart Track Road, Rayarpalayam Village Burial Ground Road, Naranapuram Post, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District. Petitioner claims that despite the directions passed on 08.01.2014 by the District Collector to the Tahsildar/3rd respondent to carry out an inspection at the site and to remove the encroachment if any, nothing has happened.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we call upon the first respondent to monitor the issue to ensure that the third respondent carries out an inspection, and in case any encroachments are found, action in accordance with law be taken after notice to all concerned. The exercise be completed within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
