ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.933 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up today, Mr.Karthick, Constable, Achirapakkam Police Station was present at the time of hearing before this Court through video conferencing. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhurantagam on 16.11.2020.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhurantagam is directed to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order. If the Court below takes cognizance of the final report and issue summons to the petitioners and the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it is always left open to them to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
